Nordic Space Summit 2025
Event partner: Kista Science City
Space tech is becoming the next business frontier and enormous investments are continuously made in research and development. Similar to when Internet arrived businesses and society needs to rapidly understand the impact and business opportunities Space tech offers
With space technology and services becoming increasingly accessible and affordable, more countries have a growing space industry. But still most resources end up in the larger more established countries which is a challenge to countries with Space ambitions. With support from Vinnova, THINGS initiated an effort to test the waters for Nordic Space collaboration. The idea is simply that a regional approach can attract more resources, and Nordic could show the way. The Nordic Space Summit is an event created to enable and fuel such collaboration.
The event is "startup style" with short presentations, high energy level and a great business mingle. We will have keynotes on the three prospect domains we have selected for collaboration: Earth Observation, Space Communication and Dual Use Technologies, startup pitches, insight presentations and introductions from each country. The design of the event allows for pre- and post meetings and workshops, hopefully fueling the collaboration efforts in each domain.
The event is invitation only, in English and the 100 tickets are free of charge based on first-come-first-served principles. Access codes to register for the event are personal and needed to sign up. We reserve the rights to charge 500€ for unused tickets.
Confirmed speakers:
Ted Elvhage, Founding partner, Expansion Aerospace Ventures
James Campion, CEO & Co-founder, TeraSI
Tobias Forsell, CEO & Founder, Forsway
